Question by Lauren M: Diet plans that are easy to follow and work?
I am 16 and gained a lot of weight in the last year because I have been really sick. I used to eat really healthy and run but recently (from being sick) I have become really lazy. I really want to lose weight and tone up in the healthy way. Every time I make a diet plan, I CAN’T stick to it! I also am always hungry so portion control is really hard. (I am on a med with that side effect)

The thing is with diet plans is…
They want you to eat less or eat the things you really
want to eat. So dont do diet plans! Just follow these two simple steps:
1.) Water is very important. So drink up! I know somtimes water
is the LAST thing you want to drink, so a tip for comsuming
more water into your’re body is by…. Eating fruit!
Fruit has lots of natural vitamins and water, its a great snack
too! But what I would suggest is, eat lots of fruit in the morning/afternoon. It will help!

2.) No one likes exercizing. But unfourtinitly, if you wanna
lose those extra pounds… Theres no other easy way.
Now, I’m not going to tell you work out at the gym everyday,
Screw that!! But. Doing like 10 sit-ups/push-ups (if you can) everyday before you got to bed. It will help, and once 10 gets easy for you, do 15 or 20! And so on…

Hey Lauren,

Losing weight is a constant struggle, and something that I have been fighting with for the better part of my life. I was overweight as I child, and always thought I would grow out of it.
