Is this a good diet plan for a 16 year old female?
3 healthy meals. water. vitamins. jumping rope 35 minutes 3 times a day. wich jumping rope for my weight (240lbs) burns 535 cals every 35 minutes. I want to to this for 7 months. good plan? I want to lose about 100 lbs. I really think its possible, & yes I will stick to it.

Drink lots of water. Increase your fruits and veggies. I tried jump rope when I was bigger and it was hard. Maybe walking for 20 min a day is all you need plus weight training every other day. Good Luck. I think you can do it too.
sounds very good to me, yes. the water and healthy meals part. might be going a bit overboard on the jumping rope. 105 minutes a day, every day. work up to that slowly, or you will be having all kinds of joint pain. (knees and ankles). good luck!
