Question by Jenny K: The Medifast diet, how good is it?
Has anyone ever tried the Medifast diet? Did it work for you? Did you get hungry? Is there any store you can buy Medifast’s meals from? Such as drugstores, Walmart, etc.

I knew a girl at work last year who lost about 50 pounds using the Medifast diet. She seemed to do really well on it and she said it was a little hard at first because she went from eating over 3,000 calories a day to about 1,500, but she said once her body got used to it, not only did the weight start coming off but she felt so much better.

My sister, who is overweight, just ordered it and you can order it from their website: http://www.medifast1.com/. When you get to the checkout page, you can do a search in Google for “medifast coupons” and get a discount code!

The one thing you need to remember is that Medifast has been recommended by like 20,000 doctors over the years. It isn’t a fad diet and that is what convinced my sister. She talked to her doctor about it and he said it was really good.

What do you think? Answer below!

I was just looking at this ad in a magazine this morning and saying, humm (20 lbs in 30 days). It should work like any other diet that restrict calories — the problem is keeping it off.

Not sure about it try some diets that you can find on the Internet first.

No. Just because a particular diet worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Design your own weight loss plan and stick to it.
