Question by sarah820w: What Are Some Diet Plans that Are High in Protein?
I’d like to lose 14-15 pounds, but I’m also looking to alter my eating habits. I eat healthy, but I have difficulty getting that “full sensation,” and thus always sneak in unnecessary snacks throughout the day. Aside from the junk food I sneak in and unnecessary calories, etc., the majority of what I eat is protein (salads, fruits, meat, eggs). I could probably just give the weight loss a try on my own, but I’d like the assistance of a diet plan to help me plan out my meals, at least until I lose the weight; By that time, I’ll probably have become accustomed to the new lifestyle. What protein diets have you had success with, and recommend?

Atkins works the best for me and is quicker than reduced calorie.

Atkins is one of the best. I used some other plans but found Atkins to be the best. Protein Power is toooo hard to follow. There are many low carb diets out there~ BUT LOW CARB IS LOW CARB! Good luck, I’ve lost 70 pounds and have kept it off for 5 years by not eatting anything white~ breads, rice, pastas, potatoes and sugar!
